The 10th Annual Samani Sea Urchin Festival will be held on Sunday, May 20!
This is a popular event where fresh sea urchins from Samani beachs are sold at discount prices. Every year, the event attracts many visitors and the place is always crowded. We had over 4,000 people visited last year!!
In addition to sea urchins in shells, there is a wide selection of seasonal seafood such as hokkigai(clam), grilled whelk, octopus skewers, and other specialties of Samani Town.
